Northlight Paradise specializes in Christmas decorations and related products, including:

• Christmas trees (artificial)

• Garlands, wreaths, and festive arrangements

• Gift wrapping supplies
• Decoration accessories (hooks, ties, etc.)

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, please note that the actual colors and details may vary slightly due to photographic lighting, device display settings, or product manufacturing variations.

All measurements and weights provided are approximate.

Order Process

When you place an order:

• You will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging we’ve received your order
• Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept when we send a shipping confirmation
• We reserve the right to cancel any order before shipment at our discretion

Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (A$). We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Payment Methods

Payment is processed at the time of order. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (A$12.95): Processed through DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over A$50, processed through EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

We process orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons.

We ship worldwide except to select Asian countries and remote areas. Some destination restrictions may apply.

We want you to be delighted with your Northlight Paradise purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for return, items must be:

• In original, unused condition
• In the original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by the original order confirmation or receipt

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Christmas trees (artificial)
• Plants and flowers (artificial or live)
• Gift wrap (if used or unrolled)
• Decorative hooks and ties (opened packages)
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return
3. Wait for our response with a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and instructions
4. Securely pack the item with original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation
5. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the box

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item).
